This precious oil is pressed in a gentle and time-consuming process. The pumpkin seeds are roasted without adding additives like water or salt. The oil is not filtered, fine valuable suspended particles remain in the oil. An oil for lovers and gourmets, it is suitable for refining salads, desserts such as vanilla ice cream with strawberries, soups, vegetables or fish. The seeds come from Styria (Austria).
