Pumpkin seed oil description
This precious oil is cold-pressed in a gentle and time-consuming process. The pumpkin seeds are not roasted. The oil is not filtered, fine valuable suspended particles remain in the oil. An oil for lovers and gourmets, it is suitable for refining salads, desserts such as vanilla ice cream with strawberries, soups, vegetables or fish. The seeds come from Styria (Austria), and are unroasted pumpkin seeds which we press cold.
Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council restricts nutrition and health claims made on foods.
